   There aren’t many hard and fast rules about what not to do during your pregnancy ,beyond abstaining from alcohol and drugs, of course. For the most part, you can continue with most of your pregnancy life.but because the health and safety of your growing baby is essential to know it .

you should :

1  -Eating a balanced diet that’s rich in vitamins and minerals

2  -Do get lots of sleep

3  -Do work out : regular exercise may help you combat many of the issues that arise during pregnancy

  • mood problems

4  -Don’t eat raw meat

5  -Do eat seafood

6  -Don’t eat unpasteurized milk products

7 -Do practice yoga

8  -Do gain weight smartly

9  -Do visit your dentist

3  -Don’t take certain medications without speak to your doctor
